Both Debutir and Ibesan butyrate forte contain the same active substance, i.e. sodium butyrate. The dose of sodium butyrate in one capsule of Debutir is 150 mg, and Debutir Forte - 300 mg. Ibesan butyrate forte in one capsule contains 300 mg of sodium butyrate. I do not know for what specific purpose you are considering taking sodium butyrate, but the manufacturers of the above-mentioned preparations recommend taking 1 capsule in the morning and evening (up to 600 mg per day in total). If reflux is related to bowel disease, using sodium butyrate can alleviate it.
