Hello, today I looked at my watch badly and instead of giving my child the antibiotic klacid at 10 p.m. I gave it at 9 p.m. . There are 3 doses left to the end of antibiotic therapy and now I don't know if I should give her an antibiotic tomorrow at 10 am or at 9 am, please advise.

A single advance administration of an antibiotic by an hour should not have a negative effect on the entire treatment, you can continue to administer the drug at an earlier fixed time, i.e. 10 a.m.
