Hello. In two months I have a gynecological procedure planned and at that time the 3rd patch was to be removed and a 7-day break was to take place. I read that I can postpone the bleeding date by a week by sticking the 4th patch. What to do if on the day of the planned removal of the 3rd patch and the intention to stick the 4th patch there was spotting?

In this situation, it may not be possible to stop the withdrawal bleeding.
Of course, you can apply the 4th patch, but this does not mean 100% no bleeding while using it.
Usually, applying an additional patch means that bleeding does not occur, but the body's reaction is individual – in your case, spotting may persist and unfortunately it cannot be stopped on the day of applying the 4th patch. Applying the 4th patch, on the other hand, can shorten the duration of spotting.
