Ismigen is a prescription drug, so it is up to your doctor to decide whether you need to use it.
However, there are no contraindications to the use of Ismigen for low blood pressure. The drug should not affect the value of the blood pressure.
If you experience chronic weakness (or other symptoms such as dizziness, confusion, visual disturbances, fainting or problems with concentration) with persistent low blood pressure, it is worth consulting your doctor.
