Hello, I've been using Vivin for a long time. Now when I finish the leaf I start kelzy pr. Does a smaller dose mean less artificiality? What can be the most common side effects?

To @wera:
Yes, you are still protected.
If I have hyperandrogenism, elevated testosterone and DHEA-S, do I need to have stronger birth control pills?
Can I use another form of contraception, such as the kyleena IUD, if I have hyperandrogenism? If I have hormonal disorders, won't an IUD effectively protect me from pregnancy?
@Anna Lewandowska
I have a slightly different question: is it normal for there to be more heavy and longer menstruation when using kelzy PR?
I mean placebo kelzy pr. Today I started taking them, but I understand that I am also protected. I didn't miss a pill

Yes, if you started taking Kelzy PR pills without interruption, immediately after stopping the placebo with Vibin, then the contraceptive protection was maintained.
You were also protected while taking the placebo tablets in the Vibin pack, provided that you used the active tablets correctly. It is important not to take breaks in the use of the pill with such changes to maintain the contraceptive effect.
And am I also protected in such a situation with placebo?
If I started taking these pills after finishing the placebo in vibin, I immediately had full protection ?

According to the manufacturer:
"Take the tablets every day, at about the same time, in the order indicated on the blister, with a small amount of liquid if necessary. The tablets are taken continuously. For 24 consecutive days, take one white tablet per day, then take one green tablet for 4 consecutive days."
Should I take the tables at the same time? Do I have to take them earlier because they decompose gradually?

The differences in the value of the index are very small, so it is considered that the effectiveness of both drugs is at the same level.
So these new pills have better "effectiveness" than Vibin?
So I can change the pills without worry, the protection will still be the same. Should I take the tables at the same time? Do I have to take them earlier because they decompose gradually?

The difference in the dose of active ingredients is small, but the method of releasing these substances from the tablet is different.
In the case of Vibin, the active substances are released immediately after taking the tablet, in the case of the new Kelzy PR tablets – the release occurs gradually, so it is difficult to compare the potency of these drugs.
In the case of Vibin tablets, the Pearl index for method failure is 0.09, while the total Pearl index, which also takes into account patient error, is given as 0.57.
For Kelzy PR: Pearl Index (18-35 years), patient error + method failure: 0.2 (upper limit of 95% CI 0.77). Pearl index (18-45 years), patient error + method failure: 0.2 (upper limit of 95% CI 0.64).
Both drugs are therefore considered highly effective.
"The recommendations of the Polish Gynaecological Society on the indications and safety of hormonal and intrauterine contraception from 2014 with "ideal use" for two-component contraception assess the Pearl index at 0-1.26, the progestogenic pill - 0.14, the patches - 0.59-0.99, the ring - 0.31-0.96, the implant - 0-0.3, the IUD with levonorgestrel - 0.33."
