If you miss a dose of Acard, take the remaining doses as scheduled and tell your doctor at your next visit.
Acard is an anticoagulant that reduces the ability of platelets to aggregate and form a clot. The activity of acetylsalicylic acid (the active substance of Acard) is maintained throughout the life of the platelet for about 9 days, i.e. the anticoagulant effect is maintained throughout the life of the platelet. Looking at the available information, it can be assumed that skipping 2 doses of the drug should not have a negative effect on the course of pregnancy.
