Aclexa + Doreta can they be combined? L4L5 hernia with root pressure.
For a month now I have been taking aclexe 1x200 sometimes 2x200.
Today I was in sharp pain, aclexa doesn't help.
Can I slaughter Dorete (37.5+325).
In a week I have an appointment for discolysis with a block, I don't know how to deal with the pain. It's hard to move.
If not Dorete then what can I help myself?
Thank you in advance for your reply.

At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs mentioned in the question: Aclexa (cerexoxyb) and Dortea (tramodol with paracetamol) are prescription, so the legitimacy and need to combine them in therapy should be determined by a doctor. This combination of drugs can be used, but you should strictly follow your doctor's instructions and observe your body's reactions.
Concomitant use of these drugs leads to an increase in the effects of tramadol and its side effects. The most common are: headaches and dizziness, drowsiness, nausea and vomiting, constipation, dry mouth, excessive sweating, and a feeling of excessive fatigue. This combination may also increase the risk of kidney problems.
If the medication is prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosing schedule. Also, perform regular blood tests ordered by your doctor. In the event of pain in the lumbar region, change in urine color, reduced urine or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your attending physician.
