Zinnat is an antibiotic, a medicine obtained with a doctor's prescription. Please consult a doctor who will conduct an interview and examine the child. The specialist will decide whether the use of an antibiotic in the child is necessary and will recommend the appropriate dosage of the medication if necessary. I don't know how much the child weighs or how old it is, the dosage is selected individually by the doctor.
