For several years I have been taking a 2x0.5 stronger doreta. I would like to use a drug that heals, and not only has an analgesic effect. Can such a drug be doloxib, or maybe some other? I have stomach problems. I have ailments related to joint and spine pain.
Please help. Janusz

Pain medications such as Doreta are often used to relieve symptoms, but they do not always treat the cause of the complaint.
Doloxib is not widely known as a medication used to treat joint and spine pain, so you may want to consider other options. In the case of such ailments, it is worth considering drugs that have a lower risk of stomach damage, such as COX-2 inhibitors, e.g. Aclexa (celecoxib), which are gentler on the digestive system.
Medications that can help treat joint disease include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or disease-modifying drugs such as sulfasalazine or methotrexate, which are used to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
However, due to stomach problems, it is important that these medications are used under the supervision of a doctor and possibly in combination with stomach protection medications. Additionally, considering physical therapy or other non-drug methods can be beneficial in treating joint and spine pain.
