Therefore, the possibility of getting pregnant is real. ellaOne is most effective when taken as soon as possible – up to 120 hours after intercourse, but its effectiveness decreases over time. If you are afraid of pregnancy, it is worth considering taking it.

The antibiotic Clindamycin MIP 600 does not affect the effectiveness of ellaOne.

After taking the pill, you may experience side effects such as spotting and bleeding, delayed or accelerated menstruation, headaches, nausea, fatigue or abdominal pain. If menstruation is delayed for more than 7 days, it is worth taking a pregnancy test, e.g.:
