After two doses of Febrofen, I have severe abdominal pain and diarrhea - what should I do?

Hello, I took two doses of febrofen 200mg, I started using it from yesterday, and after the first dose the abdominal pain started to be quite sharp and diarrhea?
Is this a normal symptom, will it go away or should you stop using it? I will mention that in the morning I use 40mg of emanera. Thank you for your reply.

You are taking a drug containing the maximum daily dose of ketoprofen - a substance with a high potential irritant in the gastrointestinal tract. If, despite the use of a protective drug (Emanera), you experience pain (and other intestinal/stomach dysfunctions), you should discontinue the drug and consult your doctor about the possibility of changing the treatment. Until the symptoms subside, you can use additional preparations protecting the gastrointestinal tract, such as Gastrotuss or linseed (you can buy on our website):

If you have any doubts, I encourage you to use the teleconsultation with a doctor - the service is available on our website in the e-visit tab:
