In such a situation, it is definitely worth consulting a doctor before you decide to stop treatment completely. Both Olanzapine and Depakine are drugs prescribed for specific indications (e.g. mood disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) and their discontinuation without consultation may affect the course of the disease and your well-being. Even if you feel unwell after taking them, your doctor may suggest other medications or adjust your doses to reduce side effects. Don't decide on treatment alone – it's a good idea to talk to your doctor to find the best solution for you.
Theoretically, 2 days after discontinuation of single doses of Olanzapine and low doses of Depakine (valproic acid), the risk of interaction with alcohol is already much lower, especially since the treatment has not been continued.
However, it is worth remembering that both substances may have a prolonged effect, and their residues may still affect the nervous system. If you no longer have any side effects and feel well, an occasional, moderate amount of alcohol should not hurt.
