At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs mentioned in the question: Amoxicillin and Furamag (furazidine) and Monural (fosfomycin) are subject to prescription, so the legitimacy and need to combine them in therapy should be determined by a doctor.
According to current guidelines, the concomitant use of Amoxicillin, Furamag and Monural is not recommended. Each of these antibiotics is effective in treating urinary tract infections, but combining them has no additional therapeutic benefit and may increase the risk of side effects.
In order to optimize treatment and minimize the risk of side effects, it is recommended to use a single, appropriately selected antibiotic, in accordance with current guidelines and individual clinical indications.
