When polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is detected, the menstrual cycle may be irregular, and Duphaston and the supplement Normocycle need time for hormonal regulation. The duration of use of Normocycle is 3–6 months.
Usually, bleeding occurs a few days after the end of Duphaston, but it may take longer. If you do not have a period within a week of ending Duphaston, it is worth consulting a doctor for further diagnostics, e.g. hormone levels or possible pregnancy.
