Can I additionally supplement vitamin B12 at a dose of 700 μg when using Neurovit once a day?

Good morning. Can I still supplement with vitamin B12 when taking Neurovit 12 once a day? I noticed that Neurovit has little B12. Is taking additional vit. B 12 (700 uq) 1 time a day isn't too much? Best regards.

Neurovit contains 0.20 mg / 200 μg of vitamin B12 per dose, with the reference intake value for an adult being 2.5 μg.

Theoretically, additional supplementation with vitamin B12 at a dose of 700 μg is safe, because excess vitamin B12 is removed from the body by the kidneys. However, in rare cases, large amounts of B12 can cause side effects such as acne, skin rashes, allergic reactions, or gastrointestinal disorders. In people with kidney or liver disease, excess can accumulate, so if in doubt, it is worth consulting a doctor.
