Can I take Cetigran in the evening if I took my last Delortan tablet in the morning?
Hello, for some time of using delortan I do not see any improvement, I know in the pharmacy the lady recommended me to take cetigran. Can I take it in the evening if I took the last tablet of delortan in the morning?

If the last dose of Delortan was taken in the morning, Cetigran should be started the following day.
Delortan and Cetigran are second-generation antihistamines, but they have different active substances (desloratadine and cetirizine). Combining second-generation antihistamines is not justified and does not improve the effectiveness of treatment, but increases the risk of side effects.
