Can I combine Ismigen and ASIT (Oralair)?

Can I combine Ismigen and ASIT (Oralair)? Ismigen works similarly to the vaccine, so I'm worried.

Ismigen is a preparation containing lyophilisate of bacteria with immunomodulatory properties, it has a protective effect in recurrent respiratory tract infections. Oralair contains an allergen extract from grass pollen, which works by triggering an immune response to the allergen with which the patient is treated.
There are no data available to indicate interactions between preparations. Treatment with Ismigen and Oralair at the same time is possible if it is clear from medical recommendations.
