Mirtazapine, Pylera and Pantoprazole should only be used together if they have been prescribed by 1 doctor or if the doctor knew about the use of other medicines. Medications should be used according to the doctor's recommendations, both in terms of the dosage of the preparations and the intervals between them.

Mirtazapine in combination with metronidazole in Pylera may increase the risk of m.in heart rhythm problems. The occurrence of any disturbing symptoms should be consulted with the attending physician, e.g. through a teleconsultation, m.in. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
