I wanted to ask if you can use red fermented rice Medica Herbs to regulate Holesterol and blood parameters with vitamins in which there is niacin, e.g. 30 μg? as far as I know, it shouldn't be combined, and it doesn't say how they react to each other? how should you take it if you already take it. There is no risk of overdosing on these vitamins, you can continue to use these products.
I do not find information about contraindications to combining monacolin and B3. As for vitamin B6 - there is no risk of overdose in this case.
I understand, somewhere on the web there was information about the interaction of these two relationships. I have multivitamins with niacin, which is somewhere around 30mg, and with vitamin b6 around 2mg, which is about 143% in two tablets, but it shouldn't be too much, should it? I wanted to use what I have, then buy the lady's preferred choice.

There are no contraindications to combining monacolin (the active ingredient contained in fermented red rice with red yeast (Monascus purpureus)) with vitamin B3 (niacin).
These preparations can be combined.
Perhaps you were referring to vitamin B6, which is contained in red rice, and here you should not actually supplement it additionally, as it may lead to an overdose.
