A dose of 750 mg pregabalin per day exceeds the maximum recommended dose (600 mg/day) and may lead to serious side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, impaired consciousness, confusion, respiratory depression and, in extreme cases, even coma. There is also a risk of acute intoxication, especially when combined with alcohol or other CNS depressants. In the event of an overdose, an urgent medical consultation is necessary.
