Can I go back to Co-Prenessa if my legs hurt after Triplixam?

I am being treated for hypertension.
So far I have used every prenessa . My new doctor changed my medication to triplixam. I feel bad after it and my legs hurt a lot. Can I go back to making prenessa. I still have these tblibles left.

Muscle pain is a common side effect of amlodipine medications.

Co-Prenessa contains perindopril and indapamide, and Triplixam: perindopril, indapamide, and amlodipine.

It is highly likely that the pain is associated with the addition of amlodipine to treatment.
