Yes, you can combine Elicea and Preato. These medicines do not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of Vibin mini pills.

Be careful when combining Elicea and Preato. The literature states that treatment with escitalopram can sometimes cause a decrease in blood sodium levels (hyponatremia) and that using it with pregabalin may increase this risk. In addition, escitalopram may cause seizures in susceptible patients, so patients with a history of seizures should exercise caution.

The risk of the above-mentioned interactions is small, but it is worth being aware that they may occur.
