Hello, I started using Polsart 40 mg recently, less than 3 weeks ago, because I had blood pressure spikes in the evenings. When I started taking it, my blood pressure regulated and it was like that for some time. The last few days, my blood pressure drops a lot in the evening, and my pulse happens to be as high as 43. I wonder if it could be due to this drug, I don't know?? I had a Holter 24h and so far everything is fine.
