Hello, I have been taking isotec for 3 months 20 mg per day, there is nausea , high blood pressure, headaches and muscle pains, the first month I took 20 mg early and 10 mg in the evening, as my blood tests worsened after a month of taking the pills, the doctor reduced the dose, but the symptoms did not go away and especially nausea increased. Can take treatment ( acne disappeared )
