I got a prescription for 2 bottles of Ceclor but in different doses - 125mg/5 ml and 250mg/5ml. The doctor's recommendation is 3 times 4 ml for both preparations. My son weighs 13 kg. I understand that at a higher dose concentration (250mg/5ml=50mg/ml) I should reduce the dose volume by half to 2ml?
