Can you combine Iwabradine and Doxepin with Mozarin and Flunarizinum?

Good morning
I have a question: I take ivabradine 5mg in the morning and evening and doxepina teva 10mg at night. Currently, the neurologist prescribed me mozarin 10 mg for a week, 5 mg after a week 10 mg and flunarizinum wzf 5 mg in the evening. Is it safe to combine these drugs? Doxsepine ordered to gradually stop taking it every other day, but how long is needed to safely wean it

Other side effects that may occur when combining these drugs include, for example, excessive sedation, drowsiness, dizziness, concentration disorders.
