Good morning
I have a question: I take ivabradine 5mg in the morning and evening and doxepina teva 10mg at night. Currently, the neurologist prescribed me mozarin 10 mg for a week, 5 mg after a week 10 mg and flunarizinum wzf 5 mg in the evening. Is it safe to combine these drugs? Doxsepine ordered to gradually stop taking it every other day, but how long is needed to safely wean it

Be careful and follow your doctor's instructions closely.
Combining Ivabradine, Mozarin and Doxepine can cause cardiac arrhythmias, manifested as palpitations, chest pain, shortness of breath, etc.
Therefore, you should observe the body's reaction and if you observe any alarming symptoms, you should consult a doctor.
Other side effects that may occur when combining these drugs include, for example, excessive sedation, drowsiness, dizziness, concentration disorders.
Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment. We write about why adverse drug reactions should be reported here:

When it comes to discontinuing Doxepine - usually it is enough to use the drug every 2 days for 2 weeks, then you can stop using the drug. Gradual discontinuation of the drug avoids side effects.
