Can vitamin C at a dose above 1000 mg per day reduce the effectiveness of Implanon NXT?

Hello, I have read in your materials that vitamin C in a dose of more than 1000 mg per day can reduce the effectiveness of contraception.
Does this statement apply to Implanon NXT? Is it only for drugs containing estrogen? Does this dose of vitamin C 1000 mg reduce the contraceptive properties of Implanon NXT?

However, Implanon NXT only contains the progestin, etonogestrel, and there is no evidence that vitamin C affects its effectiveness. Thus, in the case of Implanon NXT, there is no reason to worry that vitamin C at a dose of up to 1000 mg per day will have a negative effect on its contraceptive effect.

Vitamin C doses above 1000 mg per day may reduce the effectiveness of contraceptive pills containing oestrogens, such as ethinylestradiol, by affecting their absorption.
