Is this test really negative? Because you can see a long, vertical line on the whole thing, very pale, but it probably doesn't matter. Only the dashes at C and T that are horizontal. Later, on the test 2 hours later, there was no longer this delicate vertical line, which is shown in the second photo. I'm very worried

The test in the attached photos indicates that there is no pregnancy. There is no reason to worry.
The result is positive (pregnancy) only if two distinct stripes appear on the test plate, i.e. both in the test zone T and in the control zone C.
