A single intake of 3 mg of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) should not pose a risk, as it is a water-soluble vitamin, and its excess is excreted in the urine. The standard daily requirement in pregnancy is about 1.4 mg, but sometimes in case of deficiencies, doctors recommend higher doses. Sores can be a symptom of vitamin B2 deficiency, but also, for example, iron or zinc. If the problem comes back often, it is worth consulting a doctor to rule out other causes.
You can also support the treatment by using topical ointments for venoms (e.g. with vitamin B2, zinc or panthenol) and taking care of proper hydration and a diet rich in B vitamins.
