Should I worry about spotting when using Cliogest?

I've been on HRT for about 2 years now. Dosage changed from 1mg, to 2mg and now 3mg 2 weeks ago for symptom relief. My question is about intermittent spotting. Is this normal or something to get checked out?

According to the Kliogest dossier:
"Bleeding and spotting may occur during the first months of treatment. If bleeding or spotting persists after the first months of treatment, occurs some time after the start of treatment, or persists after treatment, the cause of the bleeding should be accurately diagnosed." If spotting occurs frequently after prolonged use, report it to your doctor to determine the cause.
