Yes, the use of Transtec (buprenorphine) in combination with oxygen therapy (TCH) can lead to side effects such as vomiting and drowsiness.
Buprenorphine, an opioid receptor agonist, may cause sedation, drowsiness and gastrointestinal disorders, including nausea and vomiting. In addition, oxygen therapy can affect breathing and, in combination with opioid drugs, increase their sedative effects. In case of such symptoms, consult the
