Can I jog, exercise and drink while using Isoptin 40 mg?

Hello
Can you go jogging or exercise while taking Isoptin 40 mg? And can you drink a glass of sparkling wine or beer hours after taking it? Because there is no alcohol while taking it. It is logical that you do not take tablets with alcohol. Or does it mean not to drink alcohol in general?

Taking Isoptin (verapamil) is not a direct obstacle to moderate physical activity, however, caution should be exercised, especially in case of intense exercise that can increase the strain on the heart.

As for alcohol, it is not recommended to consume it during verapamil therapy, as it may increase the side effects of the drug, such as dizziness or a drop in blood pressure. It is recommended to avoid alcohol during treatment so as not to increase the risk of side effects.
