Sildenafil for erectile dysfunction should be started with a dose of 25 mg. If the drug does not bring the expected therapeutic effects (and there are no other contraindications to this), it is possible to increase the dose to 50 mg.
The preparation should be taken about an hour before planned sexual activity.

Please note that sildenafil, due to its vasodilator properties, may cause a slight, temporary decrease in blood pressure. Therefore, an earlier assessment of the cardiovascular condition of the person planning to start treatment with sildenafil is recommended.
