Hello. I have been taking pregabalin for 2 months, I started by having erection problems. I stopped 1 week ago but I can't find any change. Will I be able to have sexual desire and erectile functioning over time?

Pregabalin can affect sexual function, including erection, through its effects on the nervous system. It has not been determined after how long the side effects manifesting erectile dysfunction disappear.
After stopping its use, the side effects may persist for some time. The recovery time depends on individual predispositions, as well as other factors such as overall health, stress levels, and any other medications you are taking.
If you experience erectile dysfunction associated with the use of Pregalbalin, your doctor may consider switching to another medicine that causes fewer side effects. I encourage you to report the symptoms you experience to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse effect of the preparation.
