Can Benodil and Levopront be used at the same time?

Benodil is not an expectorant drug, but a glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative and anti-swelling properties. Below you will find indications for the use of this drug:

'Benodil is used to treat:

• asthma, when the use of a pressurised inhaler or powder inhaler is inappropriate.

• croup syndrome – acute inflammation of the larynx, trachea and bronchi, regardless of etiology,
associated with significant upper airway constriction, dyspnoea or dyspnoea, "barking" cough and leading to breathing disorders.

• exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), where the use of budesonide suspension for nebulisation is warranted."

In some situations, the use of inhaled steroids and cough suppressants is warranted.
