I have been given the following medications by my doctor to eradicate Helicobacter pylori:
Mesopral 2x1 in the morning and evening 30min before eating
Metronidazole 3x1 After Eating
Ulcamed 4x1 before eating
Tetracycline 4x2 After Eating
Synbiotex
All this for 14 days and then Mesopral 1x1 in the morning
I wake up at 4.30 and go to bed around 8/9 p.m.
What is the best way to schedule the hours and doses of medication to make the therapy effective?

An example of a treatment regimen with the above-mentioned drugs:
Morning
4:30 - Ulcamed
5:00 - Mesopraral
5:30 - Breakfast + Metronidazole
6:30 - Tetracyclines
9:00 - Ulcamed
9:30 a.m. - second breakfast
10:30 - Tetracyclines
South:
13:00 - Ulcamed
13:30 - lunch + Metronidazole + Synbiotex
14:30 - Tetracyclines
Evening:
17:30 - Ulcamed
18:00 - dinner + Metronidazole
19:00 - Tetracyclines
20:00 - Mesopraral
The time intervals between Mesopral and Ulcamed and Ulcamed and Tetracyclines should be observed - the drugs interact and will be malabsorbed when taken at the same time.
Tetracyclines and Ulcamed interact with calcium and iron preparations, as well as with fruit juices - due to the difficult dosage schedule, I suggest giving up supplementation during the treatment period, as well as avoiding meals containing dairy products (milk and its products).
Antibiotics and Metronidazole should be taken approximately at equal intervals of 6 and 8 hours, but in many cases this is unrealistic, and it seems more important to minimize the side effects of the treatment (therefore I advise against using Tetracyclines just before bedtime and on an empty stomach - the risk of significant irritation of the gastrointestinal tract).
If you have any doubts, I encourage you to consult the regimen with your doctor.
