Does Pronasal have the same effect as Otrivin? In the sense that it only unplugs its nose and nothing else? Because I use it and I don't know if Pronasal rebuilds the damaged nasal mucosa or just works like Otrivin, which probably only unclogs the nose and does not heal the damaged nasal mucosa.
