Hello, I started using narine capsules. Unfortunately, after a few days I got diarrhea. I took a break, unfortunately the diarrhea went away but the stool is still loose. What could be the cause?

The causes of diarrhoea can be varied, including infections (most often viral, less often bacterial), the use of certain medications (e.g. antibiotics), improper diet, stress, consumption of toxic substances or food hypersensitivity. Diarrhoea is usually self-limiting, it should disappear within a few days (as in your case).
If the diarrhea has subsided and the stool is still loose, perhaps the cause should be sought in the diet. Loose stool can occur after ingestion, e.g. coffee, fiber-rich products, fermented dairy products (e.g. buttermilk, kefir, yogurt), hot spices. It is worth analyzing your menu, temporarily eliminating certain products and observing whether there will be an improvement. It is worth introducing an easily digestible diet.
If the situation persists, it is worth consulting a doctor who, having full access to information about your health and test results, will be able to assess the situation more comprehensively and recommend the appropriate procedure.
