There are no contraindications to the use of ACC during antibiotic therapy with Klabax. They do not interact significantly that would affect the efficacy or safety of the treatment.
If you have no contraindications (e.g. stomach ulcers, kidney problems) and the infection is accompanied by fever or inflammation, Ibuprom will be a better choice. Apap and Ibuprom can also be used alternately (e.g. every 4–6 hours) if the pain and fever are severe.

ACC (acetylcysteine) can be used with Klabax (clarithromycin), but it is advisable to keep a few hours between medications and consult your doctor if you have liver or stomach diseases.
Ibuprom Hasco (ibuprofen) will be more effective for muscle pain, because it has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, while Apap (paracetamol) has a mainly antipyretic effect. If you have stomach problems or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, Apap may be a better choice.
