Hello, I mistakenly took 40-60 mg of Paxil instead of 20 mg. Should I take it as before according to the usual scheme or skip one day?

In this case, the maximum daily dose of Paxtin (paroxetine) has not been exceeded, therefore there is no immediate threat to life. Taking a higher dose at once may increase the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, nausea, dizziness or agitation.
If you do not experience severe symptoms, continue treatment according to the current schedule. In case of any alarming symptoms, please contact your doctor.
