Tamivil is a prescription medicine. It can be used in pregnant women with abnormal liver test parameters after consulting a doctor.
According to the dossier, oseltamivir does not indicate direct or indirect
indirect adverse effects on the development of pregnancy, embryo/foetus or postnatal development. Elevated liver enzymes are not a contraindication to the use of the drug.
