Can taking hydroxycarbamide and acard for 11 years cause the increase in ggtp to 155? Other liver tests are normal. In the imaging examination, ultrasound is also fine.

Yes, taking hydroxycarbamide for 11 years can lead to liver dysfunction and hence elevated GGTP levels.
Diagnostics for hepatic impairment should be initiated as soon as possible and it should be checked whether it is safe to continue using hydroxycarbamide.
