Hello, I have just been prescribed aplugin 400 (for tinnitus). I did not inform the doctor about the splenic aneurysm, it is small and harmless at my age (this is what the vascular surgeon assessed)the only recommendation is to avoid sudden pressure spikes as it relates to this drug.
