Good morning

We have received information from the operator of the mentioned service that the opinion provided is unfair to him:

"Our medical facility does not issue prescriptions, but, among other things, provides services consisting of teleconsultations that may result in the issuance of a prescription for a drug, referral for tests, sick leave.

In order for the teleconsultation process to be faster and thus cheaper, when choosing the purpose of the consultation, the patient can choose the m.in drug for which they would like to obtain a prescription during the teleconsultation.

The terms and conditions of the site, as well as the regulations we follow, do not allow you to issue prescriptions, e.g. for narcotic drugs. Therefore, the statement about fraud is unfair to us. I would like to ask you to remove the opinion that harms the good name of a facility that operates in accordance with the regulations, does not advertise itself as a company selling prescriptions (we clearly inform about the process in which the doctor makes a decision), trying to help patients within the framework of the applicable law."

A review of the website shows that:

- the operator uses the service communication using the phrase "e-prescription (PLN 49)" and not "teleconsultation"
- the form required to purchase the service begins with a question about what medication the patient expects, and not with a field with a description of ailments for which the doctor can indicate the appropriate medication - The name of the website is "bankrecept".

The above messages may affect patient expectations.

In addition, the form allows you to choose a narcotic drug, although, as the operator writes, the regulations and regulations do not allow him to issue a prescription for it. There is no warning about this on the website of the e-prescription service itself (including the FAQ section). Therefore, after sending the form, the patient can pay for the service expecting a prescription for the expected drug, which will certainly not be able to be issued. The Operator believes that the relevant provision in the Terms and Conditions is sufficient:

"Marking a drug is not an option required to order a teleconsultation. In your opinion, if the patient did not have this choice and wrote in the description field of his ailment that he needed Cannabis, then he could also feel misled? Please take another look at the terms and conditions, our home page, and note that we do not require you to fill in this element."

The operator also declares "we usually agree to a refund when the patient feels misled" and that there may be cases where the patient avoided contact with the doctor because he only wanted to obtain an eprescription code without verification — according to the regulations, the doctor makes two attempts to call from a restricted number.

After the analysis, we removed the emotionally charged term from the post. As we have established, there may have been cases of paying for a service that could have been automatically considered impossible or unnecessary already on the basis of the first field of the form (e-prescription for narcotic drugs or drugs for which no prescription is needed at all), but the operator's application does not do this. On the other hand, patients may have an opinion about how its services work.

I also warn against this company. I let myself be cut twice.
Situation No. 1 is December 2024 - medical consultation ended with a 2-day leave and medication. At the end of the month, I get information from my company's HR that my l4 was wrongly issued by a doctor and ZUS does not accept it. He contacts the recpet bank and after presenting the situation, they promise to help him improve. I don't know how it happened, but the doctor corrected this sick leave only for one day, and not for the next. I got information that he was on the phone for 40 minutes and for the second day of l4 he doesn't want to do it. Despite this, I insisted and pushed the case, because it was the doctor's fault, not mine. I didn't get a response to my e-mail, nor did I receive any phone calls.

Situation 2 from yesterday - I used a prescription service for many medications. I ordered 3 medicines. I attached documentation to one of them (I use them regularly) and a description of the situation, the other two drugs (globules) I only gave a description of the situation and why I need them. At 6:00 p.m. the phone called. The doctor had a quick conversation, he asked why I needed globules, what was going on - I explained and prescribed it. O. 3 did not mention anything. I thought that since he had the documentation, he didn't ask. I come back home and it turns out that rwfpet is only on 2 out of 3 drugs. Without explaining why not, without touching on the topic. As if it was forgotten. I wrote an e-mail and I'm waiting for a response.

As for me, the form is slippery and completely unable to cope with what their doctor does. If the doctor makes a mess, it is the patient's problem. I benefited 2 times too much.

They are a bunch of crooks. They took money from me and did not complete the order. Such fights should be removed from where to get the medicine because it harms the site

Response removed because: constitutes spam.

Good morning, I also DO NOT RECOMMEND AND -I WARN. Bankprescription does not fulfill the contract and does not reimburse the costs incurred despite the service not provided. Lack of professionalism. I agree with the post above, avoid it with a wide berth.
Kasia.

What kind of nonsense is this??? I have used this medical facility more than once and the doctor always did an interview first, then I got a prescription. Very nice service, doctors also worth recommending, I am 100% satisfied. You won't find a better facility, jełopie. Maybe there were simply no grounds for issuing a prescription. In this way you slander good people who really help, and next time fuck the doctor in a stationary way, and you don't bother the ass of people who have something to do and in addition you slander them. Pull yourself together, sheep, and stop insulting honest people at last!!!!

I, on the other hand, am very pleased with the help received on the bankrecept.pl website
I ordered consultations with L4, a very nice doctor called, confirmed my fears, which I described when placing the order, gave recommendations, issued a sick note and prescribed a prescription. Everything is quick and efficient, and I guess that's what it's all about ☺️ I will recommend 👍 it
