Among the contraindications to the use of Mounjaro, autoimmune thyroiditis is not mentioned. However, it is up to your doctor to judge whether the medicine is safe for you based on your medical condition, other medicines you are taking and test results.
Here you can check the availability of the drug and make a reservation in a Polish pharmacy:

Here you can make an appointment for a teleconsultation with a doctor (in Polish):

Up to @Ada1790:
As a pharmacist, I cannot unequivocally answer the question of whether you can take Mounjaro if you have Hashimoto's disease and chronic thyroiditis, because this requires an assessment of your individual situation by an endocrinologist who knows your medical history.
Mounjaro is indicated for adults with inadequately controlled type 2 diabetes, in addition to diet and exercise, or on its own when metformin is not suitable, or in combination with other diabetes medications.
It is important to discuss any concerns you may have about the use of Mounjaro in the context of Hashimoto's disease and chronic thyroiditis with your endocrinologist. Your doctor will assess the potential benefits and risks in your particular case and decide on how to proceed.
The endocrinologist prescribed it for me. I have hashimoto's and chronic inflammation
