Can I take two tablets? Thiocodin at once?

Hello, for a week I have had a horrible choking dry cough, the gentleman at the pharmacy recommended me two thiocodin tablets immediately, although there is a different dosage on the packaging. Can I take two at once a night? Will there be no complications?

The recommended dosage of Thiocodin in adults is one tablet of the preparation three times a day, at intervals of 4-6 hours. It is not recommended to use higher doses than indicated.
