Nitrendipine is a calcium antagonist used in hypertension, but its effects on pregnancy are not well documented. According to European guidelines, it can only be used from the second trimester of pregnancy. In this situation, I encourage you to monitor your blood pressure and perform tests according to your gynecologist's recommendations.
