To @Ania:
If the doctor has not specified the method of changing the preparations, the consultation should be repeated. You can also take advantage of teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

Symfaxin ER (venlafaxine) begins to show full antidepressant effects, usually after 4–6 weeks of use. If after 4 weeks on a dose of 150 mg the patient does not feel any improvement, it is worth consulting a doctor – sometimes it is necessary to adjust the dose or add another drug to support the therapy.
When symfaxin er will help with depression. I've been taking 150 weeks now.

Tinnitus is one of the common side effects of Symfaxin. If they do not pass within the first 2 weeks of therapy, you should consult a doctor.
Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
We write about why adverse drug reactions should be reported here:

If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

The feeling of pressure that passes may be related to the effect of the drug or its dosage. Muscle aches can also be a result of the drug, as Symfaxin ER (venlafaxine) is known to affect the nervous system and can cause muscle tension and cramps.
It is important to monitor your symptoms and consult a doctor if muscle pain is persistent or worsening.
Good morning :) The shortness of breath is gone, but there is a pressure in my neck in the morning, which is also passing, but I have muscle pain all day. Will they ever pass?

It is worth being aware that shortness of breath can be related to both the disease itself and the effect of the drug. Side effects may subside over time, but monitoring them is crucial for patient safety. Usually, the effect of a given dose of Symfaxin is visible after 2 weeks, during which time the side effects of the drug should gradually decrease.
So the fact that I suffer from this shortness of breath despite the disease, the drug also causes the shortness of breath to remain, or do these effects ever go away?

These symptoms may be a side effect of Symfaxin. Side effects such as shortness of breath, palpitations, tachycardia may occur quite often during the treatment. Daily monitoring of heart rate and blood pressure is recommended. If the problem worsens, you should consider changing your treatment procedure (after consulting your doctor). If you are taking other medicines, their effect on the effect of Symfaxin (or the possible risk of interactions) should be evaluated.
