Could the breathing difficulties in the 8-year-old son have been caused by taking Ceclor?

My son has 8 years old.dostasl ceclor 375.after taking one dose of 5 ml.after 6 hours he had breathing problems.could it be due to an antibiotic?he has pharyngitis.
