Yes, Trimbow (a medicine used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease - COPD and asthma) can cause chest pain as a rare side effect, such as paradoxical bronchospasm, tachycardia or other side effects of the drug ingredients.
Trimbow contains three active substances: beclomethasone dipropionate, formoterol and glycopyrronium, which are designed to facilitate breathing by relaxing the airways and reducing inflammation in the lungs.
Trimbow should be used with caution in patients with heart conditions such as coronary artery disease or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, as they may increase the risk of chest pain.
If you experience chest pain while using Trimbow, it is recommended to consult your doctor immediately to assess the causes of your symptoms and adjust your treatment if necessary.
